Damages

Please inspect all of your clothing for damages as soon as you get them BEFORE you wear or wash them.

If an UNWORN item is damaged you must contact us within 48hrs of receiving your items.

Snags, Rips, and holes from wear and tear, or slits from scissors will NOT be accepted.

We will NOT replace or refund any items that develop a hole or snag after you have worn and washed said item(s).

It is impossible for us to know how many times an item has been worn. How they were worn or what happened to cause the damage.

Once you wear an item it is up to you to make sure they are taken care of with care and washing instructions are followed.

No damage claims will be accepted after 48hrs of delivery.
